Group collection — PDF layer

An extra layer for mandalis, temples and family groups. Import a typed PDF, split it into unreviewed bhajan entries, then a reviewer signs them off. This does not replace Ask, verse of the day, dakshina, share or compose. Retrieval from the group collection is off unless a coordinator enables a separate flag.

    How this agent works

    1. Intake

    Type (sloka, mantra, Vedic chant, or bhajan), deity, language, mood. The agent refuses mockery, politics, scams, sexual content, lyric-copy, scripture dumps and restricted diksha mantras.

    2. Discover

    Wikipedia, Internet Archive and public search pages. Metadata and links only — no scraped lyrics, no downloaded audio. Public traditional mantras are linked, not dumped. Listings are checked for a source and https URL.

    3. Compose

    If nothing suitable is listed, an original verse is written, then checked: critic pass, machine metre, anti-collision against the verse store, and a calibrated confidence rubric. Vedic-style lines stay labelled original.

    Mantra
    A short repeatable line. Public traditional mantras are linked. Diksha / initiation-only formulas are refused.
    Vedic chant
    Cadence inspired by Vedic recitation. Never claimed as authentic recitation from a named shakha (school).
    Shakha
    A Vedic recension. This agent does not reproduce a school’s oral corpus.
    Transliteration
    The same line in Latin letters so you can voice it without the native script. Use Speak for a browser pronunciation of that line.
    Dakshina
    A voluntary gift after a verse is delivered. Nothing is paywalled. The free tier is sustained by the community, not by ads.
    Group collection
    A mandali’s own PDF repertoire, imported as an extra layer. Provenance is labelled separately from public sources and generated originals. Reviewer sign-off is required before members see an entry.
